In 2019, after two years sharpening her litigation skills in civil defense work, Blair made the move to join Geoff and his team to represent injured claimants.

Blair is licensed to practice in Virginia, and the Eastern District of Virginia in Federal Court. In practice, Blair remains dedicated to public service, and continues to advocate on behalf of the underrepresented.
