Taj Henley started working with Geoff McDonald & Associates, P.C in 2011, as a part-time Outside Intake Specialist. With that position, he has assisted a plethora of injured clients in getting the proper documentation signed to get their case started. In 2019, Taj became a full-time employee with Geoff McDonald & Associates working as an Intake Manager. In 2020, Taj was promoted to Director of the Intake Department and Referrals. Taj administers all our new clients and supports clients introduction and transition into our firm. Taj also helps injury victims across the country by managing the relationships with our partner law firms and referring out-of-state cases to these recommended firms.

Taj is a former student-athlete at George Wythe High School. Upon graduation Taj attended Ohio University where he was the captain of the football team his Junior and Senior year. During his time at Ohio University, he majored in Criminal Justice Administration. In 2001, Taj was named Virginia State youth of the year by the Boys and Girls Club of America. Taj also was a senior ranking officer at Sussex Correctional Institute for Men.

Outside of work, Taj is the co-founder of The RVA Bulldogs Football Organization, a non-profit organization that helps young men in the community. The RVA Bulldogs is a football organization that services male adolescence in the Greater Richmond Area. When Taj is not at work you can usually find him coaching football! Taj is a member of the Free Mason Hobson Lodge #23. Taj is also a devoted husband and father to two young sons.
